Hey so what if instead of pinching, grabbing, and saying mean things to your body…😔

Today you focus on all the things you love about her and all that she does for you and how grateful you are for your healthy body. 🤩

No going on the scale or criticising yourself in mirror either.🙅‍♀️

Then repeat again tomorrow and after tomorrow and the day after and after for the next week, then next month and just keep going one day at a time practicing self loving kindness. 🫶
